Meet Your Practitioner

Hello! My name Is Sarah, and I’ve been a licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist for over 17 years. I have a long list of certifications and specialties, but first here is just a little about me.

I’m a mom of three wonderful and completely different children. My only son is the oldest, a heavy equipment operator, served four years as a United States Marine and now lives upstate in his own home. My daughters are in high school, here with me, and yes, they fight. Cisco, is my life partner and has joined us here from the road after retiring from OTR driving due to multiple spinal surgeries. I grew up in Charlotte, NC and attended Northwest School of the Arts from 6th to 12th grade, majoring in classical ballet and business. I attended and graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage in 2009. I instantly became obsessed with the human body and how it moves. I haven’t stopped studying since! I’ve worked in every massage franchise you could name, in cooperation with multiple chiropractors in Charlotte, Raleigh, Goose Creek and West Ashley, but I prefer private practice.

Our bodies are truly our temples. They should be treated with respect and great care. It is the only thing we bring with us into this world, and take with us out of it. You should feel 100% safe during your massage, and anyone allowed to touch your body should respect that privilege. It is my promise and oath that I will do everything within my power to make sure you feel safe on my table. It would be my honor, and privilege, to help you ease away stress and pain by using my talents, giftings, and abilities to aid healing in your body through the power of touch.

I focus and have specialty certifications in myofascial release, sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, kinesiology, cupping, ROM, among many many more! I assure you I am well qualified and incredibly talented. If you’ve been to a spa or clinic for bodywork, and “no one ever does it deep enough?” I’m your girl.
